Transparent laser plastic marking
With INCA®, laser marking no longer relies on carbonization of the polymer matrix and is therefore matrix-independent. This makes INCA® ideal for marking anything from circuit breakers to appliances, medical products, computer housings, cable coatings, bottles, closures and all manner of security cards at higher marking speeds, without adverse effect on other properties.

How it works
The principle form of INCA® is a master batch granulate for compounding or dry blending in an extrusion or injection molding machine. Upon laser irradiation, the laser active particles absorb the laser energy and transform from light to dark to yield photo quality, dark images on light backgrounds and even on transparent.
For your convenience, a color laser combibatch can be supplied such that color laser additives are tuned resulting in optimized laser marking performance. This can be used on products like caps & closures, wire & cable, packaging and serves as an antimony free solution for animal tags.
